This weeklong training offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into the realms of Roleplay, Sensation and Power Exchange in a supportive community setting.
The training takes place at the queer-run Terra Rosa, and is led by Shadi Terra and Simon Magnus, experts in the field of Ritual and BDSM for healing and transformation. This event is open to queer men who love men (self-identified).

There are moments in life when something deeper begins to stir inside us — a call to meet power and surrender not as roles to perform, but as living forces of love and transformation. This retreat is an immersion into that field.
A seven-day exploration of Conscious Kink — where play becomes prayer, desire becomes teacher, and the body becomes a sacred site of awakening.
Through carefully held group practice, ritual and embodied exploration, we’ll enter the rich and mysterious territory where power, eros and presence meet.
What We'LL Explore
Over these seven days we’ll work with the tools, language and energy of BDSM in a setting that is held, trauma-informed and profoundly connective.
Through anticipation, sensation, archetypes, and rituals of dominance and surrender, we’ll learn how to open to the deep intelligence that lives inside our desires.
We’ll explore:
- Consent and attunement as the foundations of trust and safety
- Containment and scene craft as ways to meet intensity with presence
- Archetypes and roleplay as pathways to wholeness and self-expression
- Power exchange as a sacred dance between holding and yielding
- Creativity and surrender as doorways to the transpersonal
Each day will weave together practice, rest, sharing, and integration — cultivating the sensitivity and courage to meet ourselves and one another with depth, respect, and curiosity.
Who is this for?
This retreat is for GBTQ+ men (cis or trans, of any age, background or body) who feel drawn to explore the realms of kink with consciousness, care, and heart.
You might be:
- New to kink and curious about entering this world safely and meaningfully
- Experienced in BDSM and ready to bring more presence, attunement and sacredness to your play
- Someone who has walked paths of self-development, tantra, or healing work, and wants to integrate power and eros into your journey of wholeness
You do not need previous experience — only a willingness to meet yourself truthfully, to stay open, and to hold others in that same depth of respect.
What Can I Expect?
The first few days will build the foundations of safety, communication and connection — through practices in consent, embodied awareness, and power dynamics.
As trust deepens within the group, we’ll begin to explore the more nuanced and transformational aspects of scene play: dominance and submission as devotion, archetypes as allies, and the intelligence of eros as a teacher.
Together we’ll learn to:
- Listen deeply to the body’s language of yes, no, and maybe
- Engage with intensity as a path of healing and expansion
- Create and hold ritual containers for play, transformation, and revelation
- Offer and receive power with consciousness and care
This is a space where you’ll be invited to meet both your longing and your limits — where every edge becomes an opportunity to remember your aliveness.
Ritual, Rest & Integration
Throughout the week we’ll balance deep exploration with grounding and nourishment.
There will be time for silence, reflection, connection with nature, and integration through movement and rest.
The retreat will also include:
- A ceremonial cacao ritual, to open the heart and attune to eros as sacred energy
- Three group Zoom calls — one for preparation, two for integration after the retreat — guided by Simon & Shadi

This is not a space for performance, conquest or indulgence.
It’s a field of mutual discovery — an invitation to meet the wisdom that lives within our bodies, our desires, and our capacity to hold one another with depth and presence.
In conscious kink, we discover that power is love in form.
That surrender is not weakness, but trust.
That eros — in all its raw, unpredictable beauty — is one of life’s most profound teachers.
About the Facilitators
This weeklong transformational container is collaboratively created and guided by Simon Magnus and Shadi Terra, experts in the field of Ritual and BDSM for healing and transformation. They will be supported by a team of skilled and experienced assistants.
Shadi Terra
Terra is a Shamanic Kink teacher and practitioner, sex & relationship educator, and an inspired transformational ritual facilitator. They support humans of all gender identities, ethnicities and sexual orientations to stand in their power, and own the unique gifts they have.
Terra has explored and trained extensively in the fields of shamanism, sacred sexuality, conscious kink, nonviolent communication and ritual over the past 12 years. They have also worked with ceremonial Cacao as an ally for spiritual and emotional processing for the past 10, taught by Keith Wilson. Terra is a faculty apprentice at the International School of Temple Arts, and has studied with ISTA since 2016.
Terra studied Mayan cosmology extensively with Tzutujil elder Francisco Puac, and they are a devotional song and shamanic voice channel.
Terra identifies as gender nonconforming, and their sexual expression is mostly dominant and ecosexual. They are deep into conscious, shamanic and therapeutic BDSM as an erotic and healing art form, and feel passionate about supporting others to experience the transformation and pleasure available in these realms.
Simon Magnus
Simon is a transformational facilitator, intimacy educator and Ecstatic Dance DJ with 20 years’ experience in creative improvisation, somatic trauma work, and conscious sexuality. He blends play, vulnerability, and embodied exploration to support people worldwide in discovering their creative aliveness, relational courage, and deeper intimacy—in workshops, coaching, and community spaces.
Simon has been running in-person and online workshops for over 20 years, training people in improvisation and creative inspiration. Sparked by his experience in guiding transformational community theatre, he came to discover his passion for working with the creative, transformative energy and interpersonal play available in his group settings.
After spending a number of years studying somatic trauma work and conscious sexuality, he then felt inspired to focus on those same creative and playful dimensions of intimacy and sexuality, teaching workshops and coaching clients all over Europe.
Backed by his experience from working in mental health centers as well as supporting corporate leadership, Simon leads from a place of both vulnerability and courage, in a way that invites you to step into these places of empowerment and growth within you, too.

We will be hosted by Terra Rosa about one hour North of Barcelona, Catalunya, Spain. All rooms are shared with other participants. The retreat will be hosted in English.
Once you have paid the initial deposit we will send you our Welcome Pack, which includes all details you need for travel, what you need to bring and how to pay the remaining balance for the retreat.
Prices include:
- All the training experiences and supplies
- 7 days/6 nights accommodation in a shared room at our beautiful resort
- 3 full gourmet meals per day (including GF, vegan and meat/fish)
- Community cuddle lounge and beautiful extensive forests to explore
- Unlimited tea, coffee and purified water service at 24/7 beverage bar
Not Included:
- Travel to and from the venue
- Travel/cancellation insurance
About Pricing:
The price includes all tuition, accommodation and meals but excludes travel to the venue. Spaces are limited on this retreat and registration will close once we have reached maximum capacity to ensure a supportive participant/facilitator ratio.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A 450 Euro deposit secures your place. The remaining balance is due latest 6 weeks before the starting date of the training (April 27th, 2026).
Cancellation fees:
Up until April 8th: a 150 Euro admin fee will be withheld, together with any payment processor or bank fees.
Starting April 8th: your 450 Euro deposit will be withheld and is nonrefundable.
Starting May 8th: 50% of the total rate will be withheld. In the case that we find a replacement for your cancellation, we may be able to refund you up till the 450 Euro deposit minus any bank fees. These are our minimum commitments to you.
Please notify us immediately in the event that you find yourself needing additional time to prepare for this unique experience. Also note that bank charges from payments made via Stripe, PayPal and/or international transfers are the responsibility of the participant.
